Cancellation Policy

River Tubing Fiji has a strict cancellation policy.
Any cancellations made within 12h of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled 12h – 24h will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with more than 24h will incur a 0% fee.
River Tubing Fiji reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to river or weather conditions. River Tubing Fiji will not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
Should River Tubing Fiji see the need to cancel due to river conditions 100% refund will be issued or the tour will be rescheduled.

Child Policy

Children between 5 years old to 15 pay half the price and must be accompanied by an adult. Below 5 years old is free. Please note that an ID or birth certificate will be requested to verify the age. In case of no compliance, an additional fee will incur or the booking will be cancelled at the customer’s expense.
