River Tubing Fiji has a strict cancellation policy.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 100% fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no fees. River Tubing Fiji reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to river or weather conditions. River Tubing Fiji will not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
Should River Tubing Fiji see the need to cancel due to river conditions, 100% refund will be issued, or the tour will be rescheduled.
Children between 5 years old to 15 pay half the price and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years old are free. Please note that an ID or birth certificate will be requested to verify the age. In case of non-compliance, an additional fee will be incurred, or the booking will be cancelled at the customer’s expense.
